The gym I go to only offers Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  I always want to stay (it is right after my other class), but my bedtime always gets the best of me, and so I skip out.  I have wanted to do more yoga for a while now.

Tonight, I searched YouTube for some good videos.  Here are two great movies that I found.

The first video is for athletes or people who are sore, because...I am sore!

The second is a guided relaxation video.  It was exactly what I wanted at the end of the day.
